Where information on this website differs from instructions or safety information provided on the product label, the product label should be followed.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, product unavailability, delivery addresses outside our current service area, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, delivery charges, and other charges will be shown where applicable during checkout.

We may change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted, except where permitted or required by law.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available through our website at checkout.

Shipping and Local Delivery

At this time, Cyclix orders are available for delivery within Calgary and surrounding areas only.

Available delivery options, applicable delivery charges, and other relevant information will be provided during checkout or communicated when your order is confirmed.

Delivery times may vary depending on order volume, delivery location, weather conditions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information and ensuring that someone is available to receive the order where required.

If you are unsure whether your location is within our current delivery area, please contact us before placing your order.

Orders placed for delivery addresses outside our current service area may be cancelled and refunded.

As our business grows, we may expand our delivery and shipping areas in the future.

Returns and Order Problems

Returns and order issues are handled according to our Shipping & Returns Policy.

For safety and product-integrity reasons, opened or used chemical products may not be eligible for return.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Do not return products without first contacting RedLeaf Chemicals Inc. for return authorization.

Product Use and Safety

Cyclix cleaning products must be used only as directed on their labels and accompanying product information.

Users are responsible for following applicable directions, dilution instructions, safety precautions, storage requirements, and workplace procedures.

Do not mix Cyclix products with other chemicals unless expressly directed by the applicable product instructions.

Cyclix Refill System

Cyclix concentrated refills are intended to be prepared and used according to the instructions provided for each specific product.

Use the appropriate Cyclix refill with its intended bottle, container, or cleaning application. Follow the specified amount of water and concentrate for each product.

Cyclix reusable spray bottles should be used with the corresponding product as directed.

Floor Max and other products intended for mop-bucket or specialized applications should be prepared according to their specific label directions.

Do not alter the recommended dilution or preparation instructions unless specifically directed by the applicable product instructions.

Commercial Customers

Businesses purchasing Cyclix products are responsible for ensuring that their employees, contractors, or other users receive appropriate product instructions, safety information, and workplace training as required for their operations.

Commercial customers should maintain access to applicable product labels and Safety Data Sheets and ensure products are stored and used appropriately.

Businesses interested in larger orders, recurring supply requirements, or other commercial arrangements are encouraged to contact us directly.

Website Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only.

You may not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website, misuse its content, submit fraudulent orders, provide deliberately false information, or use the website in a manner that violates applicable law.

Intellectual Property

The Cyclix name, branding, logos, product designs, website content, graphics, photographs, and other materials are owned by or used with permission by RedLeaf Chemicals Inc., unless otherwise indicated.
